Fletcher cutter with a handle made of a die-cast metal which is lighter and more comfortable to hold.  The 114° cutting wheel is made for hard surfaced glass such as opalescent glass.  With ball end for tapping and BLUE band.

Standard carbon steel wheel cutters in our shop would last about one week when doing stock work.
