A perfect class for the beginner as well as the more advanced stained glass crafter who who may have already taken our Intro. To Stained Glass class but would like to develop better glass cutting skills.
The instructor will introduce the student to the concepts that make the glass cutter work in combination with a over view of all the different tools on the market with a explanation of how they work or do not work. Each student will work with the Morton System to cut perfect repeatable strips, squares, rectangles and diamonds. The student will learn how to cut a perfect circle out of a sheet of art glass at the end of the class.
The student will need to provide a glass cutter, running pliers and breaking pliers.
One session per class - three and a half hours long
Students must bring their own cutting tools.
Note: Tuition is not refundable or transferable unless the class is canceled or rescheduled.
