This introduction to stained glass window construction class uses the traditional lead came technique. The curriculum used in this class was developed over a forty-five year period with more than two thousand students completing the coarse. The class size is small with a maximum of ten students so each student will receive the attention needed to be successful.
Students will complete a 12” x 14” window learning basic techniques of pattern preparation, glass cutting, soldering and leaded glass assembly.
Tools and materials, which are not included with the tuition, will cost approximately $200.00.
At the end of this five session class there will be an additional free demonstration session to show students how to layout and prepare their own pattern designs.
