Returns
Our Goal is to have the lowest prices and the best selection in the Midwest. In order to achieve this,
we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival. Note any damage to the outside of the box when it
is delivered. Do not dispose of any packing material until you verify everything in your order is correct
and there are no damaged items. If you have any problems with a shipment you must notify us
within five days of receipt.
Shipping
All items ordered that are listed on our web site will be shipped FedEx and the charges will be noted
in your total. There are boxing charges for some items and there are limited sizes for glass sheets
that we ship. For more information about shipping click on Shipping & Returns. There are some
noted oversize items such as larger glass kilns that can be only picked up or shipped from our store
location. Shipping is F.O.B. Call or email us for a shipping price quote.
Off-Line Ordering
Any items you wish to order that you do not have a J. Ring item number for must be ordered off-line.
Areas Served
We ship anywhere in the continental USA and Canada, but items that are freight paid by J Ring
Glass must be in the continental USA. Any order to Canada will have additional charges.

Taxes
Orders that are shipped within the state of Minnesota or picked up at our store will be charged
7.625% sales tax unless a Minnesota ST3 form is on file with us. Orders shipped to Wisconsin,
Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota will be charged sales tax unless the customer has filled out a
Minnesota ST3 form.
Time Limits and Ordering Process
Please allow for the following times for order processing:
* Sheet Glass 5 to 10 Working days
* Kilns and Power Tools 1 to 5 Working days
* Hand Tools, Chemicals, Metals, and Misc. 1 to 3 Working days
Order Delays
Your order may be delayed in shipping for the following:
* Non-approval of a credit card
* Waiting for a response concerning questions or for customer approval
Out-of-Stock Items
All out-of-stock items will be noted on your packing list. If you wish to be contacted in regards to any
of the out-of-stock items please note it on your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. If payment is made by check there will be a waiting
period of seven business days. The credit card provided will be charged for an order
when it is shipped.
