Returns
Our Goal is to have the lowest prices and the best selection in the midwest. In order to
achieve this, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival. Note any damage to the outside of the
box when it is delivered. Do not dispose of any packing material until you verify everything in your
order is correct and there are no damaged items.

If you have any problems with a shipment you must notify us within five days of receipt.

Shipping
All items ordered that are listed on our web-site will be shipped FedEx and the charges will
be noted in your total. There are some exceptions. Noted oversize items such as larger glass kilns
can only be picked up or shipped from our store location. Shipping is F.O.B. Call or email us for a
shipping price quote.

Sheet Glass
For shipping purposes the size of sheet glass is limited to the sizes listed under each manufacturer.
(Full sheets can be cut down to a quarter size.). The glass dimensions that are listed on
the website are approximates and may vary. Shipping costs for orders with multiple manufacturers
may vary from online totals. We prefer not to mix different sized sheets in the same carton. In
addition to the shipping charges there are boxing charges for shipping any sheet glass. This
charge does not appear on your online order, but will be added to the total when your order is
processed. Large sheet glass that must be shipped by a common carrier will go Freight Collect
unless other arrangements are made.

Specturm Art Glass
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten sheets that are 12” X 24” in a box with a boxing
charge of $10.00. Hobby sheets are charged $3.00 per box to ship.

Kokomo Art Glass
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten sheets that are 16” X 16” in a box with a boxing
charge of $10.00. Hobby sheets are charged $3.00 per box to ship.

Uroboros Art and Fusible 90 and 96 Glass
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten quarter sheets in a box with a boxing charge
of $5.00. Quarter sheets are cut down from full sheets and are 12” X 12” or 12” X 15” depending
on stock available. We can ship up to ten half sheets in a box with a boxing charge of $10.00 per
box. Half sheets are cut down from full sheets and are 12” X 24” or 15” X 24” depending on stock
available.

Specturm System 96
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to twelve sheets that are 12” X 12” in a box with a
boxing charge of $5.00. We can ship up to ten sheets that are 12” X 24” for a boxing charge of
$10.00 per box.

Bullseye Glass
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten sheets that are 10” X 17 1/2” in a box with a
boxing charge of $5.00. We can ship up to six sheets that are 20” X 17 1/2” with a boxing charge
of $10.00 per box. The thin sheets that are 8 1/2” X 10” are charged $3.00 per box to ship.

HMW 90 Fusible Glass
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten sheets that are 16” X 14” or 14” x 15” in a
box with a boxing charge of $10.00. The sheets that are 8” X 7” and 7” X 10” are charged $3.00
per box to ship.

Hot Mix Fusible 90 COE
For FedEx ground shipments, we can ship up to ten sheets that are 14” X 15” in a box with a boxing
charge of $10.00. We can ship sheets that are 7” X 10” and or 8” X 10” for a boxing charge of
$3.00 per box.

Came
There is a $5.00 boxing charge for all came. Lead is considered a soft metal and the six foot strips
can be coiled and shipped as a regular FedEx shipment. If you want it shipped as a long straight
strip there is an additional $7.50 shipping surcharge as with all the hard metals: brass, copper and
zinc.

Brass Came
There is a $5.00 boxing charge for all brass came, except for complete boxes. There is a $7.50
FedEx shipping surcharge to ship the brass as six foot strips. The brass can be shipped as a
standard FedEx shipment if we snip the lengths in half for a $5.00 handling fee.

Copper Came
There is a $5.00 boxing charge for all copper came, except for complete boxes. There is a $7.50
FedEx shipping surcharge to ship the copper as six foot strips. The copper can be shipped as a
standard FedEx shipment if we snip the lengths in half for a $5.00 handling fee.

Lead Came
There is a $5.00 boxing charge for all lead came. Lead is considered a soft metal and the six foot
strips can be coiled and shipped as a regular FedEx shipment. If you want it shipped as a long
