Coming Fall 2012
This class teaches you how to make a drawing that will become your pattern for a stained glass window. Learn how to make a pattern a certain size with all the corners squared and measured correctly.
Class topics include: a thorough discussion of the use of different metal types ( zinc, lead and copper foil) and bevels, and the methods for drawing details of these materials onto your pattern. The instructor will demonstrate advanced leading techniques to provide the student with an understanding of the relationship between drawing and actual construction of your stained glass projects with proper visual and structural properties.
The student should have completed a beginning stained glass class before this class.
Two sessions per class - two hours each session
