Road Construction Alert

Due to the University Avenue light rail project that will affect our location we recommend customers use the following routes:
From 94 East or 94 West
Take the Hwy 280 exit and go north about a half mile, take the Kasota Ave - Energy Park Dr Exit. At the stop sign at the bottom of the ramp turn left onto westbound Energy Park Dr and go under Hwy 280. Turn left before the railroad tracks at the Hwy 280 Southbound sign. Once on Hwy 280 keep to the right and take the Territorial Road - University Ave exit. Turn left onto eastbound Territorial Road at the first stoplight and go 3/4 of a very long block. The studio is a white two-story stucco building on the right. The parking lot is after the building on the right.
From the North
Nothing has changed. Take 35W South to 280 South and exit at Territorial Road. Turn left onto Territorial Road and go 3/4 of a very long block. The studio is a white two-story stucco building on the right. The parking lot is after the building on the right.

From the East:Take 94 West and exit at the University/280 exit. Follow the University portion of the exit but do not turn.
